Based at the picturesque Parndon Mill Studios in Essex, I work on both commission based and person projects.

My practice is rooted in the medium of ink for which I use dip pens to explore the possibilities of expressive line.
I also enjoy  the directness of charcoal as an approach to portraiture. Both these chosen mediums help me to  explore drawing outside the parameters of photorealism and lean more into emotional and expressive intent.

My work strives to find a place between my love for tradition portraiture and abstraction.

I take part in various exhibitions the most recent being at The Pastel Society at the Mall Galleries and I am also taking part in the 2026 group exhibition at Brighton House Dog Show.

My work is often sort after by those who enjoy both my approach to portraiture and require a heirloom artwork to imortalise  the families canine companion.

If you would like a consultation, please get in touch.

I look forward to hearing from you.
